中國(guó)外交政策立場(chǎng)及走向，歷來是國(guó)際社會(huì)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。當(dāng)下，美國(guó)政府揮舞關(guān)稅“大棒”，對(duì)多國(guó)加征關(guān)稅，在美國(guó)政策將影響全球貿(mào)易體系的背景下，中國(guó)可能采取哪些措施，應(yīng)對(duì)關(guān)稅問題？美國(guó)杜克大學(xué)亞太研究所客座教授丹尼斯·西蒙希望通過《問答中國(guó)》欄目向正在參加中國(guó)兩會(huì)的代表委員提問。

In the latest China Q&A, Denis Simon, the visiting professor in the Asian Pacific Studies Institute of Duke University, wonders the potential long-term impacts of the tariff policies by Trump’s administration might have on the global trade system, and China’s response.

　　Jia Qingguo, a member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee Standing Committee and professor of Peking University, answered his question. Jia said Trump's tariff-driven approach would prove counterproductive, potentially harming both U.S. long-term interests and the global economic order.
